Precision placement and inspection

Our placement capabilities support a wide range of component packages from 0201 sizes through to BGA and Micro BGA, and QFP packages.

To ensure accuracy and quality, board placement is controlled using advanced machine vision systems and automated optical inspection (AOI). Additional inspection processes further verify placement quality and assembly integrity.

Where required, we also support X-ray inspection for BGA placement and can provide managed third party testing services.

Rigorous quality control

Quality is central to all PCB assembly activities at ANR Manufacturing. Our production processes operate within the framework of our ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring consistent control throughout the manufacturing process.

All personnel within our electronics division work to IPC-A-610 standards (levels 1–5), enabling us to deliver PCB assemblies that meet demanding quality expectations across a wide range of industries.

Testing and additional support services

To support reliable product performance, ANR offers a range of testing and technical services as part of our PCB assembly capabilities. Our preference, working with customers, is to ensure wherever possible, boards are supplied pre-tested. Testing includes:

We manage production capacity using our PSL Datatrack manufacturing software that allows us to monitor schedules in real time. This enables our team to respond quickly to changing requirements, balance workloads effectively and manage production peaks efficiently while maintaining strong on-time delivery performance.
